As Senior UX Engineer for Premier Lighting and Sign, I led the design of a Warranty Management and Task Assignment System that incorporated AI-driven PDF data extraction. Starting with thorough user research—including interviews and surveys with service managers and field technicians—I identified workflow bottlenecks and user needs. I then crafted wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, employing Next.js for advanced prototyping to simulate complex interactions and refine functionality. The resulting design enabled a seamless, user-friendly AI-assisted form-filling experience, allowing users to easily verify and adjust auto-filled data.

The newly designed system delivered substantial results: a 50% reduction in task assignment and warranty management time, a marked decrease in manual errors, and a 30% improvement in task tracking accuracy. Automated notifications and real-time status updates further improved workflow transparency and accountability. Positive user feedback highlighted the ease of navigation, intuitive task assignment, and reduction in workload, driving satisfaction among both field and office teams. Visual elements were crafted in Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring a cohesive and polished interface that reinforced the client’s brand identity.

As Lead UX Designer for iLead Tax Academy, I guided the development of an innovative Learning Management Platform designed to address the unique needs of certification candidates. My role involved conducting in-depth user research, including 40+ interviews and analysis of over 200 data points, to uncover challenges such as balancing work and study, managing complex content, and preparing for high-stakes exams. Using this research, I crafted adaptive learning experiences and implemented progress analytics to provide users with actionable insights. I designed interactive content modules, such as video lectures and practice exercises, that significantly boosted engagement. Employing Figma for wireframing and prototyping, I ensured seamless navigation across web and mobile platforms, addressing the 83% of users who preferred mobile learning.

The resulting platform exceeded expectations, achieving an 85% user satisfaction rate, a 42% increase in study time, and a 38% improvement in test scores. To sustain this success, I implemented a cycle of continuous improvement, including regular user feedback sessions and data-driven performance optimizations.
